Absolutely. Any examples we use on this site in demos are just examples. DUCHESS can be used for any question sets.
As long as your network and devices allow access to the web and microphone, you can use DUCHESS. There is no software download required. We also have a secure cloud version - please contact us for more details.
DUCHESS is an AI data capture tool. The AI is used to hold an intelligent conversation, however all of the data captured is human generated. This data can then be used to generate actionable insights by asking your own analytical questions of it.
Our pricing plans scale with use - so the more interviews you want to conduct, the cheaper it becomes! Please contact us for up to date pricing information.
